New Chassis Unique to Hotham Restoration
Austin Healey’s are over forty years old now the chassis box sections rust from the inside out become thinner resulting in weakness, this causes poor panel fit and those common and irritating Healey scuttle shakes and body flexing.
That’s where Hotham restoration comes in with our new chassis, they are made from thicker steel than the originals.
For competition work we can strengthen the engine, wishbone and rear shocker mountings, we can fit front adjustable shocker mountings to enable you to have the front suspension geometry set to your requirements.
We will be happy to restore or replace your exciting inner or outer body to the new chassis, or we can produce a complete new inner and outer body.
